           What I believe this quote is saying that if we work together and as a team we can conquer anything and with less effort. If you're alone you might tire easy or even give up but with a team, you'll push each other to accomplish great things. That’s why it’s always better to work as team, family members, students, neighbors, teammates, or business associates. Working with them is a great way to choose the wright and the high way in life.

Duties and responsibilities:

They help patients get in and out of bed, take baths, and dress.  They also prepare and serve meals as well as perform housekeeping chores like making beds and cleaning rooms. Their duties include taking the blood pressure, temperature, and pulse of patients.

Education

Some vocational schools and community colleges offer training programs. Most employers prefer that nursing assistants and aides have a high school diploma or GED certificate.

What I think this quote means is if you work together as a team, you'll be more likely to succeed. If you work by yourself, there are more chances of you getting distracted and falling behind from your original goal and probably not going to achieve it and if you do, it probably won't be as good as it could've been if you worked together with someone.

Reflection: I think this statement is trying to say that if you want something in life you need to, well if you want help from a friend then you could be what you want to be. That working as a team will help you a lot in life. Everyone needs to work as a team because it helps you communicate with more people and helps you think different.

What I believe this quote means is that you have complete control over yourself. You’re the one that decides whether to choose the right, or choose the wrong. You choose where you want to go in life, if you want to go down the wrong path in life or go down the good path in life. What you think about is what you will become and will be. Always set your mind for success and you will be successful in life. Always be determined to be the best in life. If you set your mind to do nothing you will be nothing in life. for example if your mind has lots information and you learn from it and educate yourself you will grow successful.
