Reflection: I think this statement is trying to say that if you want something in life you need to, well if you want help from a friend then you could be what you want to be. That working as a team will help you a lot in life. Everyone needs to work as a team because it helps you communicate with more people and helps you think different.

What I think I think this quote is pretty straightforward. If you have a positive mental attitude, honestly, everything is possible. Everything can either be possible or not possible depending on how you look at it. If you tell yourself you're going to do better in school and bring your grade up then you can if you set your mind to it.

Reflection: I think this quote is sort of obvious, I mean if you have bad thoughts, bad things will happen. For example, if you lie to your parents, you'll eventually get caught and end up getting in trouble. If you have good thoughts, like trying in school, you'll get good grades and have a good life.

Reflection: If you only educate the mind, it doesn't really do anything, the mind forgets things. But if you take what is being taught to you to the heart and actually care about it, it'll stick with you forever. educating the heart and taking everything you learn to the heart is better then just learning and educating the mind.

Reflection: This success statement means that choosing the right thing best thing to do. Even if we don't like it we have to choose the right thing because it can help us learn how to communicate and have respect for others as we want to be treated. you would never get anything bad out of choosing the right because its always right to choose the right. good things will happen when you choose the right. bad things might happen if you don't choose the right.

Reflection: what I believe this quote means is that sometimes we’re around people that aren’t any good to us, and just bring us problems, and so it’s always better to be left alone instead of being around the wrong people.

 For example being around potheads, they won't bring you any good, instead they're slowly going to get you into smoking with them. 

on the short video that we had watched in class was about a boy who got stung a little boy. the reason why the little boy had gotten stung was because he  wore sandals in the desert except shoes. the little boy had knew to not where sandal because he could get stung by a scorpion or bit by a snake. the boy choose the wrong and wore sandals and got stung, if he would have chosen the right the way his parents would have told him he wouldn't have gotten stung

my reflection on this story is that by choosing the wrong you will get stung, in other words every action have consequences. choosing the right usually have rewards, but if you don't choose the right and choose the wrong you will get bad consequences.
