 what i think this quote is trying to say is that if you do good it will never fail you, if you always do good in your life it wont fail you. doing good is never bad and bad things will never come out of it.

for example if you see something bad happening and you choose to not go along with the group and you choose to stop, you will not fail but succeed in life because you had chosen the right. choosing the right all the time in life will help you succeed all the time.
